I am the Owner at The Well. I have been a massage therapist just shy of 20 years, a Fitness and nutritional coach for 9 years, and an Esthetician for 7.

My passion is helping women to Wellness by “bringing their beauty from within throughout.”

I chose to honor women’s wellness early in my career and it has served me well. We provide a safe and comfortable space for women to heal and grow.
